El Director de Marketing de Ympactus LTDA y socio de TelexFREE INC habla sobre la actualidad del proceso que enfrenta tanto Ympactus LTDA en Brasil como la empresa matriz TelexFREE INC en los Estados Unidos, ambas acusadas de operar un sistema financiero ilegal (Ponzi) en Brasil la empresa tiene sus activos congelados desde hace aproximadamente dos años sin que hasta la fecha la justicia haya encontrado pruebas para lograr una sentencia por el delito que se le acusa.En los Estados Unidos TelexFREE INC también está acusada por los organismos reguladores de operar bajo un sistema financiero piramidal, sin que hasta la fecha se halla llegado a ningún veredicto por parte de los jueces que instruyen el caso, la empresa TelexFREE INC y sus filiales, se acogieron en el país americano al capítulo 11 de las leyes federales de bancarrota que le permite a la empresa reestructurarse y volver a las operaciones , petición que fue aceptada por el juez tras su solicitud, tras la aprobación la justicia coloco un fiduciario que es el encargado de determinar si la empresa puede ser reestructurada y volver a operar o por el contrario determinar si finalmente habría que aplicarle un capitulo 7 que implicaría el fin de la compañía y el reparto de los bienes congelados entre sus acreedores. Hasta tanto no se complete el trabajo del administrados colocado por los jueces no se sabrá el futuro inmediato de la compañía ni a nivel financiero ni a nivel operacional.
En este nuevo comunicado Carlos Costa explica el desacuerdo por parte de la empresa y sus abogados de aceptar un nuevo documento presentado por el Ministerio Público de Acre y argumenta una serie de irregularidades que se han llevado a cabo para la confección del mismo y redactan una solicitud de impugnación del mismo avalada en 60 puntos que enumeran dichas irregularidades.
Carlos Costa afirma una y otra vez que la compañía no es una pirámide financiera y que nuca podrá ser probado dicho esquema por ninguna institución legal por el simple hecho de que no trabajan bajo un esquema piramidal.
Y mientras el proceso continua son miles y miles las familias perjudicadas que esperan una devolución de sus inversiones y una solución por parte de las instituciones legales competentes que hasta la fecha no han sido capaces de llegar a una determinación que finalice tan larga espera y termine así con el sufrimiento de todos aquellos promotores, que no recuperaron su capital invertido.
